Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Prepare Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data, and Test Execution Reports.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System, and End-to-End testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Perform Manual Testing across web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain Automation Test Scripts for repetitive and regression test scenarios.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze automation test results.
- Perform API Testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools.
- Validate REST APIs, request/response parameters, status codes, headers, and response data.
- Perform Database Testing and validate data using SQL queries.
- Participate in UAT support, production validation, and release testing.
- Perform cross-browser and responsive testing where applicable.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other QA team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Participate in defect triage and provide clear technical details to development teams.
- Maintain proper QA documentation and testing reports.
- Contribute to improving the overall QA process and automation framework.

Required Skills

Manual Testing

- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in writing and executing detailed test cases.
- Knowledge of Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System, and E2E Testing.
- Good understanding of defect lifecycle and severity/priority.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, or similar.

Automation Testing




- Hands-on experience with Automation Testing.
- Experience with at least one automation framework/tool such as:

- Selenium

- Playwright

- Cypress

- Appium
- Good programming/scripting knowledge in at least one language such as Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience in creating, maintaining, and executing automation test scripts.
- Understanding of automation frameworks such as Page Object Model (POM) is preferred.
- Experience with automated regression testing is required.

API & Database Testing
- Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and HTTP methods.
- Basic to positive knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Ability to write queries for validating application data.

Additional Skills
- Good understanding of Git/version control.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong in both Manual + Automation Testing.
- Able to independently understand requirements and prepare test coverage.
- Capable of identifying edge cases and critical defects.
- Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Should be able to work closely with developers and business teams.
- Should have a quality-focused and ownership-driven approach.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
