Role Description The Senior Purchase role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The role involves overseeing end-to-end purchasing activities, including vendor identification, quotation comparison, negotiation, and timely placement of purchase orders for raw materials, components, and services.

The Senior

Purchase professional will manage supplier relationships, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with engineering, production,



and project teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability and cost-effective procurement. Daily responsibilities also include tracking purchase timelines, resolving supply issues, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines. The role requires proactive analysis of market trends and pricing to support budgeting and strategic sourcing decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchase Management, including vendor selection, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Hands-on experience in handling Purchase Orders and day-to-day Purchasing activities for engineering, construction, or manufacturing environments.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for cost comparison, demand forecasting, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement software, inventory management systems, and basic MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead purchasing role, preferably within pre-engineered buildings, steel structures, or related industries.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and collaboration abilities, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and ethical sourcing.
- Ability to work in office in the Greater Hyderabad Area and coordinate with cross-functional teams under time-sensitive project schedules.
