Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive global marketing execution with absolute precision, speed, and total clarity.

This isn't a passive tracking role—we're looking for an obsessively detail-oriented operator with an uncompromising work ethic who sets the operational tempo for the entire organization. You thrive on structure, sweat every minor detail, and hold Directly Responsible Individuals (DRIs) relentlessly accountable across global functions and time zones.

Crucially, you don't just rely on legacy project management habits. You actively leverage AI tools and automation to eliminate friction, optimize workflows, predict bottlenecks, and keep our marketing machine running at full velocity. You own the timelines, the tools, and the operating rhythm, constantly refining them to set a new standard of operational excellence. What You'll Do

Operational Rigor & Accountability

Set the Tempo & Own DRIs: Establish a transparent, high-velocity operational rhythm. Track every action item to its owner and hold DRIs accountable for milestones and deliverables across global marketing functions, including Creative, Social, PR, Retail, Influencer, Digital, and Regional teams.

Obsessive Precision & Execution: Build and maintain comprehensive launch calendars, detailed workback plans, status trackers, and dependency maps to ensure flawless execution.

Lead High-Efficiency IMC Syncs: Facilitate structured, action-oriented Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) meetings with clear outcomes, strong accountability, and cross-functional alignment.

Proactive Risk Mitigation: Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and execution risks early, taking corrective actions before they impact launch timelines.

AI & Workflow Optimization

AI-Powered Operations: Identify, implement, and scale AI-powered solutions for automated reporting, meeting summaries, predictive scheduling, task routing, and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency.

Systems & Process Architecture:



Develop standardized ways of working, reusable frameworks, and comprehensive documentation, including project kickoffs, scope documents, execution playbooks, and post-launch reviews.

Tool Mastery: Serve as the subject matter expert for project management platforms such as Notion, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, and Gantt tools, while driving adoption and best practices across teams.

Global Alignment & Continuous Improvement

Global-Local Coordination: Partner closely with regional teams to ensure launch readiness, local market adaptation, and seamless execution across multiple geographies and time zones.

Post-Mortems & Optimization: Lead launch retrospectives, document key learnings, refine operational playbooks, and continuously improve future execution standards. What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional marketing projects or complex product launches, preferably within technology, mobile, consumer electronics, or other fast-paced consumer brands.

Exceptional attention to detail with a relentless commitment to accuracy, consistency, ownership, and execution excellence.

Demonstrated ability to lead with urgency, discipline, and a strong work ethic while driving operational excellence across teams.

Hands-on experience using AI tools and prompt engineering to automate project management activities, streamline documentation, summarize meetings, identify risks, and improve operational efficiency.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams without creating unnecessary friction.

Advanced proficiency with modern project management platforms such as Notion, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, and workflow automation tools such as Zapier and Make.

Proven experience managing global stakeholders and coordinating projects across multiple regions and time zones.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively in a fast-paced global environment.
