Amazon's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) is seeking a results-driven and agile Program Manager to lead operational excellence initiatives within our

Workplace Support function. This role will drive end-to-end project delivery,

process standardization, and change management across a global portfolio supporting corporate offices in more than 60 countries and a workforce of

300,000+ employees.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a passion for continuous improvement and a contemporary mindset toward AI-enabled operations.

You will partner with facilities management teams, service delivery partners,

and regional stakeholders to deliver programs that measurably improve service quality, reduce defects, and elevate the employee experience. A secondary but critical dimension of this role involves overseeing the development and adoption of training programs that enable operational teams to perform at their best.

We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, learns faster,

and is energized by building scalable solutions in a complex, global environment.

Basic Qualifications





- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
