Experience - 3-5 years of relevant experience

Skills and Abilities

- Experience or in-house training

- Personal qualities required in the candidate, complimented with experience and training courses as needed
- Acquired through experience and/or training courses
- Identify and lead Aftersales programmed developments that can deliver increased sales
- Priorities and manage allocated workload/projects in line with strategic needs of the business

Recommendations Expected:

- Addition/change of vendors or products
- Systems development/policies and procedures
- Product/programmed strategies recommended to Aftersales management




- Creative development of support media to aid HYG Aftersales and dealer sales teams in growing sales

Additional Information:

This position requires a combination of personal drive, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven sales environment, whilst effectively managing multiple projects concurrently. The individual must be able to combine cutting-edge and creative thinking with an eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
