About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Fulfillment to own and drive the product roadmap across the e-commerce fulfillment ecosystem.

This role will work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Category, Logistics and Business teams to build scalable, technology-led solutions that improve order fulfillment, delivery speed, cost efficiency and customer experience.

The ideal candidate combines robust product thinking with a deep understanding of e-commerce fulfillment and supply-chain workflows, and is comfortable solving complex, high-scale problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product charter for fulfillment, from order placement through allocation, processing, dispatch and delivery.
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business and customer outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment speed, reliability, cost and operational efficiency.
- Build and optimize systems around order management, inventory allocation, warehouse fulfillment, shipment orchestration and logistics integration.
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to translate complex business problems into scalable product solutions.
- Drive product discovery through data analysis, customer insights, operational feedback and market benchmarking.




- Define product metrics and continuously monitor SLA adherence, fulfillment TAT, cancellation rates, NDR, delivery success, cost/order and customer experience metrics.
- Lead prioritization across multiple stakeholders and manage execution from concept → PRD → development → launch → iteration.
- Build strong integrations across internal systems and external logistics/technology partners.
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Product, Technology, Supply Chain, Operations and Business teams.

What We're Looking For

- 6–10 years of product management experience, preferably in high-scale e-commerce, marketplace, retail-tech or consumer internet businesses.
- Solid experience working on fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, OMS, warehouse or order-to-delivery products.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operational flows and the technology systems supporting them.
- Experience building products involving multiple stakeholders, complex workflows and large transaction volumes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to make product decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
