At Albertsons Companies

India associates collaborate directly with international teams, enhancing decision-making processes and organizational agility through exciting and pivotal projects. Your work will make history and help millions of lives each day come together around the joys of food and inspire their well-being. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the media campaign experiences within our Media Collective team — design AI-assisted campaign management,

creative asset generation and management tools enabling our internal marketing, advertising, and social teams to plan and run campaigns end to end.

This is enterprise UX with real creative and operational stakes: your designs will directly shape how Albertsons marketers create, manage, and ship campaign assets faster and smarter. What you’ll do: Own end-to-end design for the Media Collective — from workflow architecture through detailed interaction and visual design.

Design human-in-the-loop flows where marketers and creative teams direct, review, and refine AI-generated assets — balancing automation with meaningful human control.

Architect information structures for complex asset libraries, campaign templates, and creative metadata so teams can find, reuse, and manage content at scale.

Partner with internal marketing, campaign management, and creative stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear, elegant workflow design.

Work closely with engineering to scope feasibility and sequence complex, multi-step flows into shippable increments.

Apply systems thinking so media and creative workflows feel coherent with the broader campaign management platform, contributing new patterns to our internal design system where needed.

Frame and solve ambiguous, cross-functional problems — mapping conflicting use cases across asset types, approval workflows, and brand guardrails into clear, buildable solutions.

Mentor other designers and share a strong point of view in critique, raising the craft bar across the internal tools design practice.

Present design rationale and vision to stakeholders and leadership, building alignment across marketing, product, and engineering. What you’ll bring: 6–9 years of product design experience, including meaningful work on complex workflow tools, B2B/enterprise software, or internal platforms.

Strong Figma craft and the ability to design clear, usable interfaces for information-dense, multi-step workflows.

Experience — or strong interest — designing human-in-the-loop AI product experiences, where users guide, correct, and build trust in AI-assisted output.

Sharp information architecture instincts: you know how to bring order to complex content, asset, and metadata structures.

Systems thinking — comfort designing within a shared design system and contributing new patterns as internal tools evolve.

A team-oriented style suited to enterprise UX: comfortable interviewing internal stakeholders, mapping workflows, and reconciling conflicting requirements.

Strong storytelling and communication skills, able to explain workflow decisions clearly to both marketers and engineers.

Comfort mentoring designers and contributing a clear point of view in critique.

Working fluency with enterprise AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) — you'll be designing with AI as part of your own workflow, and for AI-powered features.

What success looks like: Internal marketing and creative teams create and manage campaign assets faster, with less friction and fewer handoffs.

Human-in-the-loop AI flows feel trustworthy and controllable, never opaque or unpredictable.

Your information architecture makes a genuinely complex asset and campaign library easy to navigate.

Stakeholders across marketing and engineering see you as the go-to design partner for Creative Services decisions.

Your patterns and documentation make the module easier for other designers to extend.
