Marketing Executive – Music & Artist Marketing

M3 is looking for a mid-senior marketing professional to lead marketing for some of our key artist and label accounts.

This is a 360° role for someone who understands the music industry, knows how releases and artist campaigns work, and can take a campaign from strategy and creative ideation all the way to execution. What you'll do

Own day-to-day marketing for key artist & label accounts, working directly with the founders.

Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns around music releases, artists and IPs.

Lead digital campaigns across social media, faceless media, creators along with Meta and YouTube paid media/advertising.

Drive release rollouts from campaign strategy and content planning to execution and reporting.

Ideate and execute offline experiences, activations and events, including production and on-ground logistics.

Work closely with internal teams and partners across creative, influencer marketing, media and production to deliver campaigns end-to-end.

Manage timelines, budgets, vendors and multiple stakeholders while keeping execution sharp.





Bring strong cultural and industry understanding to identify relevant trends, platforms, creators and opportunities. What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in music marketing, label marketing, entertainment or a closely relevant space.

Strong understanding of the Indian music and entertainment ecosystem.

Proven ability to manage campaigns across digital + offline.

Comfortable moving between strategy, creative ideation and execution.

Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Someone who can operate independently, take ownership and work in a fast-paced founder-led environment.

A strong track record across music releases, artist campaigns or large-scale marketing campaigns is a major plus.
