Senior Manager – IIT Madras CODE programs Location: IIT Madras CODE, Chennai About the Role IIT Madras CODE is looking for a Senior Manager to drive and scale our portfolio of various online programs including executive education programs. In this role, you will lead end-to-end program delivery, foster strategic partnerships, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure operational excellence across all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery, execution and ensure high operational standards for our online programs.

Facilitate continuous coordination among faculty, learners, corporate clients, and cross-functional teams.

Oversee critical administrative touchpoints, including admissions, onboarding, assessment workflows, and credentialing.

Track program timelines, monitor operational metrics, and prepare reports.

Contribute to strategic growth, outreach, and the rollout of current academic offerings.

Qualifications MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a recognized institution.





Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Executive Education, Corporate Learning, Higher Education, Program Management, or Learning & Development.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Job Location: IIT Madras campus (wfh is not available)

This is a full time position. Selected candidates have to work from the IIT Madras office. Working hours will be Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm. Weekend follow-up work will be there on a need basis.

Accommodation in Chennai has to be arranged by the candidate. Accommodation within the IIT Madras campus is not available.

Travel costs for the in-person interview at IIT Madras has to be borne by the candidate.

This is not a permanent job position either with the Central Government of India or IIT Madras.
