Qualification and Experience Required: Postgraduate/MBA/Masters in Social Work

12 – 15 Years of experience with exceptional donor management and stakeholder skills Key Responsibility Area:



Relationship Management – managing portfolio of donors, develop annual engagement plans and identify opportunities to deepen partnerships through program expansion.

Donor

Management – ensure timely reporting and reviews, coordinate donor visits and showcase impact. Address donor concerns proactively. Partnership strengthening – work with program and finance team to identify opportunities for scale within existing donor portfolio, program extensions and renewals

Program Governance – ensure compliance to donor agreements and reporting requirements, monitor progress against commitments, milestones and budget utilization

Communication – Lead prep of donor reports and impact stories, ensure consistency in communication Key Competencies: Strategic stakeholder and relationship management
