Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

The role will drive financial planning, budgeting and control, fund management, banking relationships, and compliance, while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management Control

Oversee accounts, financial reporting, and closures Ensure accuracy in PL, balance sheet, and cash flow Implement strong financial controls and governance Manage working capital, cash flows, and fund utilization Handle banking relationships, limits, and documentation Coordinate for loans, CC/OD, and financial structuring

Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements Manage audits, filings, and documentation Liaise with consultants, auditors, and authorities

Prepare MIS,



dashboards, and financial insights Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and planning Drive cost control and profitability improvement

Qualification and Skills Required

CA Mandatory

Robust fund management banking experience Expertise in financial reporting and controls Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and audits Proficiency in MIS, Excel, and financial systems
