Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design for corporate and commercial interior projects, translating client requirements into innovative, functional workspace solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, involving concept development, space planning, design presentations, and detailed coordination with clients, contractors, and internal project teams. The role includes preparing and reviewing drawings and specifications, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E;, and ensuring designs meet aesthetic, budgetary, and timeline objectives.

The Senior Interior

Designer will oversee project execution from design through completion, conduct site visits,



resolve design-related issues, and maintain quality standards. The position also involves mentoring junior designers, contributing to design guidelines, and supporting business development with design proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with a portfolio of corporate workspace projects.

Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and workplace planning, with the ability to optimize layouts for functionality, collaboration, and efficiency.

Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings, including detailed working drawings, joinery details, and coordination with MEP teams.

Candidates should possess skills in FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and finishes aligned with brand and project requirements.

Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.

Proven experience of 4+ years in corporate interior projects, preferably with design-build or turnkey firms.

Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.

Solid project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional project teams.
