We’re Hiring | Senior Interior Designer

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can take ownership of projects from concept to completion and thrive in a cooperative, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do • Lead interior design projects from concept development through site handover.

- Prepare concept presentations, space planning, material palettes, detailed drawings, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and present design solutions with confidence.
- Review drawings and maintain high standards of design quality and technical accuracy.
- Visit project sites regularly to monitor design implementation and resolve site-related challenges.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team. What We’re Looking For • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in interior design.




- Proven experience delivering multiple projects independently from concept to final handover.
- Strong client management and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, detailing, construction methodologies, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Experience with SketchUp, Revit, Enscape/Lumion, Photoshop, or other visualization tools is an advantage.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Why Join DDS?
