This is a senior recruitment role for an experienced IT recruiter who knows how to source, engage, and place top technology talent for the US market — working US-aligned hours from our Khammam, India office. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from job intake and candidate sourcing through screening, submission, interview coordination, and offer management — across a wide range of IT roles including software engineers, architects, data engineers, QA engineers, DevOps, SAP consultants, and more. Must-Have Skills

4+ years of IT recruitment experience — US staffing strongly preferred

Strong full-lifecycle recruitment experience — job intake, sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and offer management

Deep sourcing expertise — LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, social sourcing, and referral networks

Experience recruiting across a broad range of IT roles — software engineers, architects, data engineers, QA engineers, DevOps, cloud specialists, SAP consultants, and more

Strong understanding of US IT staffing models — W2, C2C, 1099, and contract-to-hire

Experience working with ATS platforms — Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar

Excellent written and oral English communication skills — comfortable engaging directly with US-based candidates and hiring managers





Comfortable working US-aligned business hours — EST / CST overlap required

Strong target orientation — ability to manage high requisition volumes and meet weekly submission and placement targets

Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ownership What You'll Do

Own end-to-end IT recruitment across assigned requisitions — from job intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff

Source top IT talent across multiple channels — LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, GitHub, and direct outreach campaigns

Screen candidates — technical skill validation, communication assessment, availability, compensation, and work authorization verification

Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and account managers with well-crafted candidate profiles and summaries

Coordinate and manage interview schedules — coordinating between candidates, hiring managers, and client stakeholders across US time zones

Negotiate compensation and manage offer processes — W2, C2C, and contract-to-hire arrangements

Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline across key IT skill sets — proactively engaging passive candidates for current and future requirements

Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition records in the ATS

Collaborate closely with account managers, business development teams, and client stakeholders to understand job requirements and delivery priorities

Use AI-powered sourcing and outreach tools to accelerate candidate discovery and engagement

Track and report on recruitment metrics — submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and time-to-fill

Continuously improve sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment processes Tools You'll Use

Strong understanding of US work authorization categories — H1B, GC, USC, OPT, TN

Experience recruiting niche or hard-to-fill IT skill sets — SAP, Salesforce, legacy systems, or emerging AI roles Details
