Location: Greater Noida/ Gurgaon We at Coforge are hiring Corporate HR with the following skillset: We are looking for a seasoned Strategic HR Business Partner to partner with senior leadership in driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, executive compensation, and performance governance.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders on workforce strategy, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Drive enterprise scorecards, performance reviews, and business metrics tracking.

Manage end-to-end ESOP governance, including grants, vesting, compliance, and board-related processes.

Lead senior leadership compensation and incentive programs.

Act as HRBP for Client Service Group (CSG/Core Sales), supporting org design, succession planning, engagement, and workforce planning.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in HR, Strategy, Rewards, or Finance.

Robust expertise in Compensation, Incentives, ESOPs, and Performance Management.

Experience partnering with senior leadership and sales/client-facing organizations.

Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
