How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities) Support SAP HR and Payroll analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement delivery

Partner with business and technology teams to gather, clarify, and document requirements for Domestic US payroll solutions

Translate business and functional needs into technical specifications and supportable system designs

Support complex SAP payroll implementations, configuration changes, and operational improvements

Apply deep understanding of payroll rules and schemas to support configuration, issue resolution, and solution design

Provide production support, including incident analysis, root cause identification, and issue resolution

Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and defect management

Support releases, production stability, and change activities tied to SAP HR and Payroll solutions

Communicate complex technical and functional information clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups

Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, analysts, and support partners to deliver reliable solutions What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications) Strong experience supporting Domestic US payroll

Proven experience with complex SAP payroll implementations

Strong hands-on experience in configuration and production support

Deep understanding of SAP payroll rules and schemas

Solid foundational SAP Payroll expertise with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a complex, customized environment

Strong ability to communicate complex information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong understanding of payroll and HR business processes, system workflows, and downstream impacts

Experience supporting incidents, enhancements, testing, releases, and production issue resolution.

Significant experience in a senior SAP HR Payroll techno-functional role

Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Kiro) to accomplish tasks such as designing and configuring, writing and maintaining tests, creating documentation, and debugging, with the judgment to validate and own AI-generated output.
