About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Tech Lead) to lead the design and development of a contemporary enterprise web platform. This hands-on technical leadership role involves driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and building scalable, secure,

high-performance applications. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams while leading backend services, frontend applications, platform architecture, and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead architecture and technical design discussions.
- Define engineering standards and development best practices.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Drive technical excellence across frontend and backend development.

Backend Development

- Design scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS.
- Build secure REST APIs and relational database schemas.
- Optimize application performance and background processing.

Frontend Development

- Build React + TypeScript applications.
- Develop reusable UI components and responsive interfaces.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.

Platform Engineering

- Build secure authentication and authorization systems.
- Develop scalable multi-tenant applications.
- Improve monitoring, observability, CI/CD, reliability, and maintainability.





Collaboration

- Partner with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in sprint planning and technical reviews.

Required Skills

Programming: TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React, HTML5, CSS3.

Backend: NestJS (preferred), Express.js/Fastify, REST APIs, Authentication & Authorization,

PostgreSQL, SQL Optimization.

Frontend: React, TypeScript, State Management, API Integration, Component-driven

Development, Responsive UI.

Infrastructure: Docker, Redis, CI/CD, Git, Linux.

Nice to Have

Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, Background Job Processing, Microservices, SaaS Platform

Development, Multi-Tenant Application Experience.
