As a React Software Development Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our web-based healthcare platform. You'll be responsible for building and optimizing React-based user interfaces, managing our frontend monorepo, and collaborating with a dynamic team to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain our web-based healthcare platform using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Build and optimize reusable components within a frontend monorepo.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and integrate new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience with React (SaaS experience preferred).
- Robust understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and modern web development frameworks.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with monorepos, Storybook, and Playwright.
