- Coordinate domestic and international freight and logistics operations.
- Manage customs clearance, import/export documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Obtain freight quotations, negotiate transportation rates, and optimize logistics costs.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain logistics documents including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
- Plan and monitor road, air, and rail transportation for timely deliveries.
- Manage project site deliveries, fleet coordination, and multi-location dispatch planning.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve logistics-related issues.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs regulations, and international trade standards Requirements
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international freight operations.
- Excellent understanding of Incoterms (EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.).




- Experience in customs clearance and import/export documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Freight & Logistics Management.
- Hands-on experience with road, air, rail transportation, and international import/export operations.
- Experience in project site deliveries, fleet coordination, and dispatch planning.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Import & Export is an added advantage.
