About The

Role

As a senior member of the Finance Analytics team, you will collaborate with finance Leaders, engineers and other Analysts to analyze and enhance strategies that explore new business avenues and add value to the organization. Utilizing geolocation, mobile apps, and driving data, your analytical and technical skills will address key business and product issues, deliver programs, and offer strategic insights. The ideal candidate should have a passion for financial analysis, driven by data insights, and be adept at communicating findings effectively.

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, technical data skills, and the ability to present insights clearly, alongside skills in consulting, collaboration, leadership, programming, product understanding, and business acumen What You Will Do Leverage complex, large volume, high-dimension data, extracted using a variety of sources, tools and analysis techniques to create and deliver high value analytic insights to a team of cross-functional partners

Deep-dive and perform comprehensive analysis of user behavior/s throughout various phases of the product life cycle.





Maintaining a constant pulse on health of the business & product by tracking KPIs against targets and conducting investigations of key trends and their underlying drivers Partner with the Data Engineering team on technical requirements to enable data availability, data quality, and integrity for analytics and the broader self-service usage across the organization.

Employ industry best practices in establishing repeatable Business Intelligence capabilities and experiences.

Proactively foster and drive a data-driven analytics culture, creating new opportunities to create and use data assets in innovative ways.

Operate as an analytics thought leader and evangelist to create and drive the the client Data Analytics brand both internally and externally.

What We’re Looking For

5+ of experience in finance analytics within consumer internet, mobile, or digital product domains

Extensive hands-on SQL experience is a must

Ideally skilled in using big data and cloud technologies such as MySQL, AWS, Presto, Athena, Redshift, Hive, and Teradata.

Experience with using Python/R or equivalent data wrangling, scripting and reporting with high volume data sets.

Keen grasp of statistical concepts and product experimentation (confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, and regression models).

Preference for candidates with proven experience in live, high-audience mobile B2C applications.

Familiarity with driving and location data is a plus.





Demonstrated ability to solve complex product issues and transform insights into actionable product strategies via effective stakeholder engagement.

Expert in conveying complex data insights through visualization tools like Tableau, Amplitude, Mode, Looker, Jupyter, and Excel to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Past experience with Amplitude is a plus.

Proven project management and organizational abilities.

Holds a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, with demonstrated project management expertise in analytics.
