As a Senior HR Executive in a hospital, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, statutory and HR administration.
- Lead and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare professionals.
- Serve as a point of contact for complex employee relations issues and conflicts.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws, and accreditation standards.
- Accurate documentation and filing of employee documents
- Lead the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to department heads.
- Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws, and accreditation standards.
- Oversee audit processing and collaborate with departments.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or MBA in HR
- Previous HR experience in hospital is preferable .
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
