Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive with prior experience in healthcare advertising/communications to join our client servicing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong client management skills, a good understanding of healthcare advertising, and the ability to coordinate effectively with creative, strategy, medical, and other internal teams to deliver projects successfully. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned healthcare/pharma clients.

Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs for creative and other teams.

Coordinate with creative, strategy, medical, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

Prepare presentations, proposals, campaign updates, and client communication as required.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth execution.





Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.

Participate in client meetings and presentations and contribute to campaign discussions.

Understand healthcare advertising regulations, brand guidelines, and communication requirements.

Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support the team in new business initiatives.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Profile

2–4 years of experience in client servicing/account management within a healthcare advertising, pharma advertising, or healthcare communications agency.

Strong preference for candidates with experience handling pharma/healthcare brands.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong project coordination and follow-up skills.

Ability to work effectively with creative and cross-functional teams.

Valuable presentation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
