ERPNext Developer (Frappe/Python)

Job Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext applications.
- Create and modify custom DocTypes, Reports, Print Formats, Workflows, Client Scripts, and Server Scripts.
- Develop server-side applications using Python and the Frappe Framework.
- Design and implement custom ERPNext modules and business applications.
- Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems including ATS, Biometric Attendance Devices, Payment Gateways, WPS, REST APIs, and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERPNext functional, technical, and performance-related issues.
- Optimize ERPNext performance, database queries, and server resources.
- Work closely with functional consultants and clients to gather, analyze, and implement business requirements.
- Participate in ERP implementation, migration, customization, training, and support activities.
- Configure and manage ERPNext Multi-Company and Multi-Currency environments.
- Implement ERP solutions for businesses in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC countries.
- Support VAT compliance, WPS payroll processing, and regional business requirements.
- Manage ERPNext deployments on Linux-based servers.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and system architecture records.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience with MariaDB/MySQL database administration and optimization.
- Knowledge of Linux server administration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party system integrations.




- Strong understanding of ERP business processes including HR, Payroll, Recruitment, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and Projects.
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext Multi-Company and Multi-Currency implementations.
- Knowledge of VAT, Payroll, and GCC business processes.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to gather requirements, conduct discussions, and provide solutions directly to clients.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams and international clients.
- Qualified communication skills for handling UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC-based customers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ERPNext/Frappe certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience in full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
- Experience working with clients in the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, or Kuwait).
- Knowledge of ERPNext cloud hosting, Docker, Bench, Nginx,



and production deployments.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
