Sr. Engineer :Mechanical ,P&E; department

Ensure proper O&M; of Mechanical systems (HVAC) there-by improving system stability & reducing energy consumptions, apart from certifications compliance – Energy Management System ( ISO – 500001) etcORGANISATION CHART

Sr. Engineer--HEAD MEPKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Contract & SLA monitoring for Mechanical :-

· Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Services of HVAC system · Rate Contract of Repair of HVAC system, PCB and Pump

Preparation of BOQ/Specifications/Makes.

Submissions of MIS, Energy Saving Reports Registration & Implementation of Improvement works and Kaizens.

Should be adaptable to work in different shiftsKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

BE/B-Tech in Mechanical EngineeringRELEVANT EXPERIENCE

3 to 6 years of experience with HVAC field for degree holders .

Experience in Building MEP servicesCOMPETENCIES
