- Plan and supervise daily despatch schedules in line with production output and customer delivery timelines
- Ensure accurate documentation — invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, delivery challans — in compliance with statutory and customer norms
- Coordinate with production, quality, warehouse, and SCM teams to avoid despatch delays or shortages
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices and proper handling of finished goods inventory
- Ensure compliance with customer portals (e.g., SAP/EDI-based delivery scheduling systems) and JIT/JIS delivery requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in loading efficiency, transport utilization, and despatch turnaround time
- Maintain records for internal/external audits (IATF 16949, customer audits)
- Handle non-conformance/CAPA related to despatch errors, short-shipment, or damage-in-transit
- Supervise and train despatch/warehouse team members
- Liaise with transporters/logistics service providers for vehicle planning and cost control

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
