Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Engineer with hands-on experience in RPA development and enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work directly with customers to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation workflows and solutions.
- Build integrations using APIs, REST services, and third-party enterprise applications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate with customers, business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development, deployment, and production support.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Required Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience in any leading RPA platform:
- AutomationEdge, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Or similar automation technologies

- Experience with




- Java Selenium, REST APIs, Web Services, System Integrations, API-based automation development

Required Non-Technical Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.
- Focus on quality, standardization, and timely execution.

Good to Have

- Experience in:
- .NET, Python, Automation Testing, Any object-oriented programming language,

- Knowledge of
- OCR technologies, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), AI / Machine Learning concepts, Cognitive Automation solutions

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in RPA or Automation technologies will be an added advantage.
