Role Description The Senior Director – Manufacturing Capability / AIN Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Abroad . This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production planning, capacity management, and adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The Senior

Director will design and implement manufacturing strategies, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations. Daily tasks include leading cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with supply chain and procurement, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing activities. The role also involves mentoring team members, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring that manufacturing capabilities support long-term growth and operational resilience.

Qualifications

- Strong capabilities in production planning and manufacturing operations, with experience optimizing workflows and resource utilization.
- Expertise in manufacturing operations management,



including performance monitoring, process improvement, and strategic capability building.
- In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and related quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in supply chain management, including coordination with procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior manufacturing or operations role, with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to analyze data, use manufacturing and ERP systems, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant academic background in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in strategic capability development and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is highly beneficial.
