Role: Senior Data Analyst - Insurance Analytics Duration: Permanent - Full Time

Shift: 2:30PM - 11:45PM

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai MH We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a growing analytics team supporting insurance and reinsurance programs across multiple markets and business lines. What you’ll do:

Work with internal stakeholders and clients to understand data requirements

Analyse trends across claims, loss ratios, market performance, and other key insurance metrics

Build and improve data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and related tools

Create dashboards and analytical tools to support business decisions

Strengthen data quality checks to improve accuracy and completeness

Support and enhance data models for reporting and analytics





Contribute to scalable data architecture aligned with business and client needs Requirements

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Around 5+ years of experience in data analytics & stakeholder/client management

Prior experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry

Strong skills in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel

Experience with data modelling and data warehouse environments

Exposure to Azure tools is preferred

Strong problem-solving ability, communication skills, and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
