Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telesales or telemarketing, possess strong communication and persuasion skills, and be passionate about achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote company products/services and explain their features and benefits.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Experience:



6 months to 2 years of experience in Telesales or Telemarketing is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in voice sales, outbound sales, or lead conversion are preferred.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Gender: Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Salary & Benefits
- Take-home Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹30,000 per month.

- Rotational day shifts.
- Rotational weekly off.
- No night shifts.
- Notice Period
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates serving a notice period of up to 7 days are also eligible.

Pay: ₹14,732.89 - ₹25,330.27 per month
