Role Description The Senior Credit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, responsible for overseeing credit assessment, approval, and portfolio monitoring processes. The role involves evaluating credit proposals, analyzing financial statements, and assessing risk profiles to ensure sound lending decisions.

The Senior Credit

Manager will define and implement credit policies, monitor portfolio performance, and take proactive measures to manage delinquencies and minimize credit losses. The position requires close collaboration with business teams, risk functions,



and operations to align credit decisions with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The role also includes preparing periodic reports, supporting audits, and mentoring junior team members to maintain high credit quality standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Credit Management and Credit skills, with experience in evaluating and structuring credit proposals.

Candidates should possess solid Credit Risk Management and Analytical Skills to assess risk, interpret financial data, and make data-driven decisions.

Candidates should possess a good understanding of Finance, including financial statements, cash flow analysis, and lending principles.

Relevant experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services in a credit or risk function is preferred.

Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in credit or risk management are an advantage.

Robust communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on integrity and regulatory compliance.

Ability to work effectively on-site in Dehradun, manage multiple priorities, and lead or mentor team members as needed.
