We're looking for a Senior Content Writer who understands how to transform expertise into engaging content that educates, builds credibility, and drives audience growth.

Role Description As a Senior Content Writer, you will be responsible for researching, strategizing, and writing high-performing content across multiple personal brands. You'll work closely with founders, doctors, and subject matter experts to convert complex ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Beyond writing, you'll also mentor junior writers, improve content quality, and contribute to developing our internal content frameworks.

Content Strategy & Writing Research industries, competitors, and audience behaviour before developing content.

Write high-retention Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts, and long-form YouTube scripts.

Create compelling hooks, storytelling structures, and strong CTAs.

Convert complex topics into simple, engaging, and highly shareable content.

Build content that positions clients as industry experts rather than just creators.

Personal Branding

Understand each client's personality, tone of voice, expertise, and target audience.





Develop content pillars aligned with the client's business goals.

Ensure every piece of content strengthens authority, trust, and brand recall.

Maintain consistency across all content published for a client.

Research

Stay updated with industry trends, social media algorithms, and viral content formats.

Conduct extensive topic research before writing.

Generate fresh content ideas regularly.

Collaboration

Coordinate with project managers, editors, designers, and social media managers.

Participate in content planning sessions.

Work closely with video editors to ensure scripts translate effectively into engaging videos Performance Analysis Analyze content performance using engagement metrics.

Identify successful content patterns and continuously improve future scripts.

Experiment with new storytelling formats to increase audience retention.

Mandatory

Requirements 2–5+ years of professional content writing experience.

Prior experience writing Personal Branding content is mandatory.

Robust portfolio showcasing content created for founders, entrepreneurs, doctors, coaches, consultants, or business leaders.

Excellent Tamil and English writing skills.

Strong research and storytelling abilities.

Ability to simplify technical or complex topics.

Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form content trends.

Familiarity with audience psychology and retention-driven scripting.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
