Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer role at Satyamev Group is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The person in this role will lead and oversee civil engineering design for residential and commercial projects, including structural planning, site layout, and infrastructure works. Daily responsibilities include reviewing project drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants, supervising site execution, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

The Senior Civil

Engineer will also manage stormwater and drainage systems, monitor quality control, support cost and time optimization, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.





Qualifications

Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with experience in structural and infrastructural design for residential and commercial projects.

Ability to lead and coordinate Civil Engineers and site teams, including mentoring, task allocation, and performance guidance.

Strong Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related regulatory and safety requirements.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Several years of experience in building and infrastructure projects, preferably in high-rise or premium developments.

Proficiency in engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar tools) and familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to make sound technical decisions on-site.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
