We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer with 10 years of expertise to lead large-scale construction projects, manage teams, and ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution and management
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee multiple sites and manage project teams
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and regulatory adherence
- Review designs, drawings, and technical specifications
- Manage vendor selection, procurement, and contracts
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in project planning and cost control
- Advanced knowledge of construction techniques and regulations
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera/MS Project)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Qualifications:
- B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)
- 8–12 years of experience in construction/project management
