Senior Chief Manager - FinanceThe incumbent is responsible for leading the Sales Finance function by partnering with business leaders to drive profitable growth, strengthen financial governance, and enable data-driven decision-making. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, pricing, commercial finance, trade spend management, sales incentive governance, profitability analysis, and financial controls across sales channels. As a strategic business partner, the incumbent provides actionable insights to optimize revenue, margins, and return on investment while ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Lead and manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards

Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes,



providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, working capital optimization, and foreign exchange exposure management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.

Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including investment appraisals, cost-benefit analysis, and profitability studies.

Collaborate with various departments to drive financial discipline and efficiency across the organization.

Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and career development.

Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.

Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance function.
