Criteria for C

- The customer is specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Embarcadero C Builder, which is a different technology and its the mandatory skill for this position. (not just C or MFC C ).
- C Builder - Rapid Application Development (RAD) environment.
- Good SQL query and database skills

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced C Lead Developer with strong expertise in application development on the Windows platform. The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on experience in contemporary C development, object-oriented programming concepts, SQL programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C on Windows OS
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop scalable and high-performance software solutions
- Work on application enhancements, bug fixing, and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis
- Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and support teams




- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices
- Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
- Support production deployments and post-release activities
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of application development experience using C
- Strong experience working on Windows-based applications
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL and Stored Procedures
- Strong debugging and analytical/problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in CST time zone overlap

Valuable to Have Skills (Optional)

- Experience with GitHub or other version control tools
- Experience with C Builder
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
