Role & Responsibilities Own new client acquisition across IT staffing verticals—targeting mid-market to enterprise tech firms, startups, and staffing agencies.

Design and execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and cold calling to drive pipeline growth and conversion.

Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs, budget constraints, and hiring timelines—then position Fuzixel’s staffing solutions as the ideal fit.

Build long-term partnerships by delivering consistent candidate quality, on-time delivery, and post-placement support.





Collaborate with internal recruiters and delivery managers to align talent pipelines with client requirements and SLA timelines.

Track KPIs including conversion rate, revenue per client, and time-to-fill—using CRM tools to optimize outreach and closing strategies.
