The leads are inbound and pre-qualified, and you will be on camera with founders and business owners who came looking for us. What the day actually looks like You take pre-booked video calls with people who have already watched our content, sat through a workshop, and applied to speak with us. No cold calling.

No dialling lists. No chasing people who never asked to hear from you.

Your job is the conversation itself: understand where their business is stuck, work out honestly whether our programs fix it, and close the ones that fit. Deals are 2.36L to 4.95L, and they close on the call or shortly after. Everything runs on LeadSquared. Your calls get reviewed — properly reviewed, by people who sell — and you get feedback within days, not at your annual appraisal.

What we are looking for - Four or more years in inside sales, closing over phone or video. Not field sales, not account management

- You have carried an individual monthly revenue target and can tell us your numbers without checking
- You have sold tickets of 1L or above to individuals — upskilling, executive education, certifications, coaching, or comparable high-value consultative sales
- Consistency over heroics. We would rather see someone who hit target ten months out of twelve than someone with one spectacular quarter
- You are fluent and persuasive on camera, in English and Hindi
- You listen back to your own calls.

Where you studied does not matter to us. Some of our strongest people came from tier-3 colleges and commerce degrees. Your numbers matter.

Location
