Location: Latur, Maharashtra

Experience: 2 – 3+ years

Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday and Sunday Off)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth for Logicmax Enterprises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strategic partnerships, and increasing enrollments across our wellness and activity programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with Dean, HOD-Ortho, Store In-charge, and other GMC stakeholders
- Communicate RC terms, pricing, and product availability to hospital teams
- Driving the indent generation process. Capture monthly indents based on surgical plans and trauma load.




- Appointing and managing technicians. Appoint & coordinate with local Technician to oversee implant delivery, sterilization, and post-op documentation
- Setting up and overseeing warehouse operations.
- Ensure 100% audit-ready records (DC, consumption slips, stock registers)
- Resolve operational issues and expedite billing/payment clearance

Requirements

- 2–4 years of Business Development experience
- Good communication and relationship management skills
- Candidates from healthcare, medical devices, pharma, hospital sales, or government/institutional sales will be prefered
- Should be willing to work from Latur and manage 4-5 nearby locations
- Willing to Travel 2-3 days a week

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
