Resolve customer queries and provide service support.

Maintain daily reports and branch records.

Achieve assigned business and sales targets where applicable.

Follow bank policies, KYC requirements and compliance procedures.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers can be eligible for certain entry-level Axis Bank programs.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

For field-sales-oriented positions, a two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be required.
