Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant

Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Onsite)

Salary: ₹3,60,000 – ₹4,80,000 per annum

We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage end-to-end books of accounts for our US-based law firm clients. You will own day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting while working closely with client teams across time zones. Key Responsibilities

Maintain complete books of accounts for US law firm clients in QuickBooks Online

Record and categorise transactions, manage AP/AR, and process invoices

Perform advanced bank, credit card, and trust/client account reconciliations

Work with law firm CRM and practice management systems (e.g. Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther) for billing and time-entry data





Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis

Coordinate directly with US clients over email and calls to resolve queries and share updates Requirements

CA Inter / CMA Inter qualified

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (US version preferred)

Strong reconciliation skills, including multi-account and high-volume matching

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Prior experience with US accounting or law firm clients is a robust plus
