Role Description The Senior BIM Modeler is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading the production and coordination of detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Daily tasks include developing and refining 3D models, preparing and updating construction drawings, and ensuring that all project documentation aligns with design standards and client requirements. The Senior BIM Modeler will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design conflicts, maintain model accuracy, and support project timelines.

The role also involves mentoring junior modelers, implementing BIM best practices,



and contributing to continuous improvement of modeling workflows and standards.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a Modeler on multidisciplinary projects.

Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Architecture and its integration within BIM environments.

Candidates should possess proficiency in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination within BIM models.

Candidates should possess the ability to produce and interpret detailed Construction Drawings and related documentation.

Proficiency in leading BIM software tools (e.g., Revit or similar platforms) and familiarity with cloud-based collaboration workflows.

Several years of experience in BIM modeling for AEC projects, with a focus on coordination and clash detection.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team members.

Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
