Role Description The Senior Beauty Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for delivering an elevated customer experience in a luxury retail environment. This role involves providing personalized consultations on skincare and beauty products, demonstrating product usage, and recommending suitable solutions tailored to individual needs.

The Senior Beauty

Advisor will maintain in-depth product knowledge, stay updated on beauty and wellness trends, and educate customers on Kimirica’s vegan, cruelty-free, and sustainable values. Daily responsibilities include achieving retail sales targets,



managing visual merchandising standards, handling customer queries and feedback, and supporting training for junior beauty advisors. The role also requires close collaboration with the store management team to optimize customer engagement and uphold brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in cosmetology and skin care to provide informed beauty consultations and product recommendations.
- Comprehensive product knowledge across skincare, bath & body, fragrances, and wellness categories.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to create premium, personalized in-store experiences.
- Experience in retail sales, including meeting targets, upselling, and cross-selling within a luxury or premium brand setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends and retail peak hours, with strong time management and reliability.
- Previous experience as a beauty advisor, skincare specialist, or in a similar role; experience in luxury or wellness brands is an advantage.
- Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field is preferred.
