About the Role

Smartbridge Konnexions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a self-driven and commercially minded professional to join our A2P SMS & Messaging team . This role offers an opportunity to build expertise in the international telecom messaging ecosystem while developing capabilities across customer relationships, market research, messaging operations, routing and commercial analysis.

The successful candidate will contribute to customer engagement, market opportunity identification and day-to-day A2P messaging business activities, while working in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage and develop robust client relationships within the A2P SMS & Messaging ecosystem.
- Support customer onboarding and ongoing account management activities.
- Research telecom and messaging markets to identify new business opportunities .
- Monitor and understand SMS routing, pricing, traffic and market dynamics .
- Support commercial discussions related to messaging opportunities, routes and customer requirements.
- Analyse market and customer information to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up with clients and relevant industry stakeholders.
- Contribute to achieving team objectives related to customer growth, messaging traffic and commercial opportunities .
- Stay informed about developments and trends across the international A2P SMS and telecom messaging industry.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field .
- 1 - 4 years of experience in A2P SMS, messaging, telecom, account management, business development or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge may also be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills .
- Good understanding of customer relationship management and professional client communication.
- Strong market research and analytical skills .
- Basic understanding of A2P SMS, SMS routing, pricing structures and messaging operations is preferred.
- Strong learning ability with an interest in the global telecom industry .
- Proactive, organized and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment .
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
