As a Senior Associate - Strategy Consulting – CTS, you will engage with global corporate clients to shape technology strategies that drive business value and success in complex mergers and acquisitions. Within our Strategy practice, you will focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring, helping them navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards.

You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while managing and inspiring others through increasingly complex situations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work with global PwC teams and client stakeholders to address complex business and technology challenges across the deal lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include developing M&A; technology strategies, conducting technology due diligence, and advising on integration and divestiture planning.



You will also drive digital transformation initiatives and contribute to business development and thought leadership within PwC. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills while delivering impactful solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in the development and execution of M&A; technology strategies for integrations, separations, and carve-outs
- Conducting technology due diligence to assess IT landscapes and identify risks and value creation opportunities
- Advising on integration and divestiture planning to align technology strategy with business priorities
- Designing future-state technology models and architectures to support scalable business operations
- Developing financial models for IT, including synergy savings and cost assessments
- Recommending enterprise architecture solutions based on industry-leading practices
- Driving digital transformation initiatives by aligning technology, processes, and data
- Coaching associates to deliver impactful client solutions and enhance their technical skills
- Engaging in business development opportunities to expand client relationships and service offerings
- Contributing to thought leadership initiatives within PwC to advance strategic consulting practices

What You Must Have

- At least a Master's of Business Administration's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
