Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Revit Modeler & Drafter who has worked on large-scale, multi-discipline building projects and is comfortable with the documentation rigor of institutional or healthcare work. You will build and maintain a coordinated Revit model for a large outpatient healthcare facility, produce construction documentation, and work closely with the architect and consulting engineers through each phase of design and construction administration.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain a large-scale, multi-level Revit architectural model for an outpatient healthcare facility from design sketches, engineering markups, and applicable design guidelines.

● Produce floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections,



wall types, and detailed construction documentation at a level of accuracy appropriate for an institutional healthcare facility.

● Prepare permit- and bid-ready construction documentation following US drafting standards and applicable codes (IBC, NFPA, and other institutional/healthcare design guides).

● Coordinate the architectural model with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines on a large building footprint.

● Manage and organize a large Revit project file, including worksets, linked models, and phasing for a project of significant scale.

● Maintain BIM standards, templates, view templates, families, and sheet sets consistent with the firm's requirements.

● Revise models and drawings based on architect and engineer review comments through multiple submission phases.

● Support the project through schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration.

● Track and manage drawing sets across a large number of sheets with consistency and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Software

● Autodesk Revit Architecture (mandatory) — proven experience on large, multi-level building models

● AutoCAD

● BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

● Robust understanding of BIM workflows,



worksharing, and Revit families on large projects

● Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings

● Strong English communication skills and comfort working with US-based project teams

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience on healthcare, medical office, or other large institutional buildings.

● Familiarity with IBC, NFPA, and other applicable institutional/healthcare design codes.

● Knowledge of LOD 300–400 BIM modeling on large, multi-discipline projects.

● Experience managing large sheet sets and phased submissions (SD/DD/CD).

● Exposure to Bluebeam Revu is an advantage.
