Senior Architect

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design and technical knowledge, excellent project-handling abilities, and the confidence to independently manage projects from concept development through execution.

The candidate will be responsible for leading design development, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring that projects are executed as per the approved design, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design and development from concept to execution.
- Understand client requirements and develop functional and aesthetically strong design solutions.
- Prepare and review working drawings, detailed drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
- Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with contractors and site teams.
- Review drawings and resolve design or execution-related issues at site.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and design documentation where required.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, design discussions, and approvals.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.




- Lead and guide junior architects and design team members.
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality and design intent are maintained throughout execution.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, design development, and construction detailing.
- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Strong client-handling and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of site execution and coordination.
- Ability to independently manage projects and lead a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail with a good sense of aesthetics and functionality.

Software Skills
- AutoCAD – Required
- Qualifications & Experience
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Candidates with strong experience in residential, commercial, and interior projects will be preferred.
- Experience in handling projects independently and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors is an advantage.
