Job Title: Senior Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to independently lead residential and commercial projects from concept design to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design leadership, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, and site teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design development from concept to detailed execution stage
- Prepare and review high-quality conceptual designs, layouts, and presentation drawings
- Oversee preparation of working drawings and ensure compliance with design intent
- Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, coordination, and delivery
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and design implementation
- Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and design approvals independently
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and project quality standards
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers
- Review and approve drawings prepared by the design team

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)




- 6–12 years of professional experience in architectural design & execution
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar visualization tools
- Excellent design sensibility with strong attention to detail
- Proven experience handling residential and commercial projects independently
- Strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills

- Experience in high-end residential or commercial architecture
- Knowledge of local building bylaws and approval processes
- Strong presentation and visualization skills
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
