Role: Senior Analyst – People Operations (Compliance)

Business Unit: Capability Hubs (US HR Operations)

Location: Bangalore, India

Geo Supported: United States

Shift Timings: US Shift (4:30 PM – 1:00 AM IST)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Execute day-to-day People Operations compliance activities in line with policies and regulations
- Generate, analyze, and maintain compliance-related reports and dashboards
- Enter, validate, and update employee and compliance data across HR systems
- Monitor employee compliance, identify anomalies, and communicate findings
- Act as a point of contact for HR partners, onshore teams, and support functions
- Manage and resolve escalated compliance-related queries
- Ensure processes are documented and executed within agreed SLAs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement
- Support audits, reviews, and compliance checks with accurate documentation

Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong data handling and reporting skills




- Experience working with multiple HR or operational systems
- Understanding of HR operations and compliance controls

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Experience in an operational or contact-center environment
- Exposure to international or US-based HR operations
- Solid stakeholder and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree (BA, B.Com, B.Ed, BE, BCA, or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Compliance
- Exposure to multinational or professional services environments preferred
