Role Description The Senior AI Infrastructure Architect – Data Centre & Liquid Cooling is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad . This position is responsible for designing and optimizing AI-ready data centre architectures, with a specific focus on high-density compute environments and advanced liquid cooling solutions.

Daily responsibilities include developing scalable infrastructure blueprints, assessing capacity and performance requirements, and collaborating with networking and system administration teams to ensure secure, resilient, and efficient operations. The role involves evaluating emerging hardware and cooling technologies, performing feasibility studies, and leading implementation of infrastructure upgrades and integrations. The architect will also document standards, establish best practices, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional engineering teams.

Qualifications

- Solid experience in Infrastructure design and implementation for large-scale data centres, including AI and high-performance computing environments.
- Proficiency in Solution Architecture and overall Architecture for complex, distributed systems, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.




- Solid understanding of Networking concepts and technologies relevant to data centre environments, such as routing, switching, load balancing, and network security.
- Hands-on System Administration skills across Linux/Unix and/or Windows servers, including automation, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Deep knowledge of liquid cooling, immersion cooling, and thermal management strategies for high-density racks and GPU-based infrastructure.
- Experience with virtualization, containerization, and orchestration platforms (e.g., VMware, Kubernetes, Docker) and integration with AI workloads.
- Familiarity with cloud and hybrid architectures, storage systems, and backup/disaster recovery practices.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., data centre, networking, cloud, or architecture) are an advantage.
