Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore, responsible for guiding prospective students through the entire admissions lifecycle for study abroad and training programs. Daily activities include conducting counseling sessions, understanding applicants’ academic and career goals, and recommending suitable universities, courses, and programs. The role involves managing inquiries, following up with leads, supporting applicants with documentation and application processes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.

Counselor also contributes to outreach activities, supports information sessions and events, and collaborates with sales and marketing to meet enrollment targets. This position requires consistent on-site presence in Mysore to engage closely with learners and deliver high-quality, personalized support. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to counsel diverse learners and build trust-based relationships.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive admissions experience.
